| CELLine Bioreactors |  | The CELLine is a membrane-based two-compartment bioreactor made up of a cell compartment (small volume) and a medium compartment (large volume). The 2 compartments are separated from each other by a semi-permeable dialysis membrane (10 kDa MWCO). A gas-permeable silicone membrane, protected by an outer plastic housing, is situated at the base of the unit. The CELLine allows optimal maintenance of cell cultures. It is ideally suited to suspension cells and semi-adherent cells eg hybridomas where it can offer cell densities up to 10^7-10^9 cells/ml. |
