The combination of a large filtration area and an optimized geometry of the filter support, which are responsible for the high flow rates, also ensures high total throughputs. Minisart syringe filters are available with a cellulose acetate membrane. Minisart Plus syringe filters include a glass fibre pre-filter for sterilizing difficult to filter liquids. The Minisarts are available with 0.2um, 0.45 um, 0.8 um, 1.2 um and 5 um pose sizes. All minisart syringe filters are available from Generon.
