The proteins are individually prestained using four different dyes.The PageRuler Plus Prestained Protein Ladder is a mixture of 9 recombinant, highly purified colored proteins with apparent molecular weights of 10 to 250 kDa. It contains two orange proteins as referenc e bands. Other proteins are coupled with a blue chromophore.
PageRuler Prestained Protein Ladder is a mixtureof 10 recombinant, highly purified colored proteins with apparent molecular weights of 10 kDa to 170 kDa. Ladder proteins are covalently coupled with a blue dye except for two reference bands prestained with different colors. The 72 kDa reference band is orange and 10 kDa reference band is green.
PageRuler Unstained Protein Ladder is a mixture of 14 recombinant, highly purified proteins designed for precise sizing of proteins by SDS-PAGE. The proteins resolve into clearly identifiable sharp bands from 10kDa to 200kDa when analyzed by SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Blue. The PageRuler Unstained Protein Ladder is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready-to-use. Each protein contains an integral Strep-tag® II sequence and may be detected on Western blots using Strep-Tactin®-AP conjugate or antibody against Strep-tag® II. |
