SUZ12 (Suppressor of Zeste 12 Protein Homolog, CHET9, JJAZF1, KIAA0160, LOC23512) (APC)

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Western Blot: 1:1000 Lysates from HeLa cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with S8995-01. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

H1838: HeLa nuclear extract.

Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
