Mitochondrial assay kits

Mitochondrial assay kits

  • MitoCapture Apoptosis Detection Kit : Detecting chages of Mitochondrial transmembrane potential during apoptosis in living cells by fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry.

  • Cytochrome c Releasing Apoptosis Assay Kit : Detecting cytochrome c translocation from mitochondria into cytosol during apoptosis by Western blotting.

  • ApoSENSOR ADP/ATP Ratio Assay Kit : Detect changes in the ratio of ADP/ATP for a rapid screening of apoptosis/necrosis/growth arrest/cell proliferation simultaneously in mammalian cells. Assay can be fully automatic for high throughput and is highly sensitive.

  • ApoSENSOR ATP Cell Viability Assay Kit : Utilizes bioluminescent detection of the ATP level for a rapid screening of apoptosis and cell viability. The assay can be done directly in culture plates and is highly sensitive.

  • Mitochondria/Cytosol Fractionation Kit : Separate a highly enriched mitochondrial fraction from cytosol of mammalian cells. Enriched fractions are compatible for down-stream assays.

  • Mitochondrial DNA Isolation Kit : Provides unique formulations of buffers and reagents for isolating a highly enriched mitochondrial fraction and then Mitochondrial DNA.

  • Glutathione Detections and Assay kits : Detecting GSH changes in apoptosis and other pathological processes by colorimetric and fluorometric methods.

  • GST Activity Assay kits : Detect GST activity by colorimetric and fluorometric methods.

  • Nitric Oxide Assay kits : Provides a simple two-step process for quantitative measurement of total nitrate/nitrite productions in 96-well plate.

  • Detection of Change in Mitochondrial Transmembrane Potential by MitoCapture and Fluorescence Microscopy.
The photograph shows examples of cells scored for intact and apoptotic cells using MitoCapture probe. The apoptotic cell (left panel) shows diffused green fluorescence, whereas the normal control cell (right panel) shows punctate red fluorescence.
